For those who might want to know, I figured it out today. It turns out my HD was heating. I realized how littçe attention I gave to HDs temperature, while I cared about everything else.
My case is really to small for the gtx 560 and the two HDs, so I placed my Boot HD under the Dvd reader and removed two of the frontal plastic plates. It turns out that I really needed a ventilation on the front, cause it reqlly blows air hard from thee now, and the whole system got a lot cooler while on load. I had thought that making the two side fans blow air in and the back fans boowing out would equal the air flow, put it was really under some pressure there, seeking a way out.
Well, living and learning, I got a big hole on the front of my case, but at least now none of my pieces pass the recomended temps. But the only one that was really over heating was the hd, the PC would freeze when it reached 45C. The max temp for it is 40C but now it stays at 37 under load. I also found an old HD cooler I had and attacjed it to the boot HD. Didnt seem to make a difference in the max temp but it cools down faster.
Well thats it, now I can play with my new GTX560, finally
