Freezing connecting to internet

I'm trying to play black ops online with dolphin. I own the game on wii, and people are playing it online right now. I played a few games myself on the wii today.

I have the three .pem files, I also have my nand dump and keys file. I can boot into my 4.3u system menu, connect to the Wii store, and download items. I downloaded and played a demo from the store. I am using the newest build 5.0-8466 on Windows 10 x64.

I also set Black Ops as the default ISO, and installed the update from the disk as well, and launch directly from the already connected wii 4.3u system menu.

Black Ops freezes while connecting to the network. I have also tried to connect to MW3, and it freezes in the exact same ways in the exact same places.

I tried to connect at various stages to this point, with the import tool and with nand tools, and have reinstalled the program. I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions. Thanks for the help.

I think our IOS-HLE just fails on it. There doesn't appear to be a work-around.
