Unfortunately, I do not believe this is the case. Even on a fresh game, with no save files whatsoever, I still experience random crashing. The audio glitch is exclusive to savestates, however. I appreciate you for giving my problem consideration, and hopefully this will just be naturally fixed in a later update
. Until then, I will be trying different configurations on and off and if I ever find a fix, I will report back.
