Free Look Keyboard Controls Not Working (Mac)

Hey everyone! This is my first post and I'v been using Dolphin for quite some time now. I have version 5.0, but I've been having this problem since like 4.0. I selected the Free Look option and it says you can use it by clicking Shift + W,A,S,D as well as do other things like Shift + 0 to make it go faster. Well, none of these work for me. I can only use free look by right clicking and either rotating the camera or middle clicking the mouse and physically move it to wherever it needs to go. I'd really like a solution to this problem.
