since the 4800 till newer the frameskip is broken :O
i dont work how it should be
i hope it get fixed cuz im fan of frameskipping if games wont go fullspeed

I hope next time it's fixed someone creates a smart frameskip that only automatically skips if the framerate drops, instead of by a fixed amount.
