Frameskiping on android

Hi iv noticed that when i set frame skipping, on dolphin.ini on my phone.as soon as i run a game on dolphin, the ini file file reverts my settings for frame skipping, i was wondering if there is an actual fix for that? i could try setting the ini file to read only, but i don't know if that will make the emu crash on exit, since its obviously reverting the file to defaults?.
