Got another thing here.
When I enable frameskip in Mario Kart Wii the screen just freezes but the music is still playing and when I disable it it will be normal.

I see you got much help on this issue as I did. Lovely helpful people on here. Smile I am having the same problem since rev 4966 but if I use 4963 it's fine. Got to love "updates" that break even more stuff and then get ignored, lol.

using rev 4984 frameskip is still broken
when im getting 31fps by turning off framskip i get FULL FPS lol
