Framerate cap of NFS games on GC

I watched two videos comparing the framerate of NFS Underground and Underground 2 between PS2, GC and XB, while PS2 and XB are capped to 30 FPS, GC seems to be capped to 60 FPS, even running most time arround 30 FPS.

That's very weird. Well, at least we can play the games with 60 FPS on Dolphin, but according to my tests in some areas is needed to overclock the internal CPU to ensure 60 FPS. I could say the GC's GPU is a bottleneck for the console, because the CPU is aparently very powerful.

just play the pc version.. even if you have a pentium 4 processor it will run perfect

Not 60 FPS, I had a Celeron Dual Core newer than P4 and had many FPS drops with good GPU.

Anyway, it's not the point here, I just thought it weird that GC version has 60 FPS cap and it can't run 60 FPS, we can see sometimes that the FPS are lower than XB and PS2. The PS2 version has the best graphics between the consoles, and most time run with stable 30 FPS.
