My problem is that whenever i have control over the game (focus on the game) the frame rate goes like this: 60 fps for 10 seconds, 30 fps for 3-4 seconds, 60 fps for 10 sec, 30 fps for 3-4 sec and so on. Its perfectly timed and not random.
If i press alt-tab and the game loses focus, i can see it behind the menu window running full speed without the frame drops.
I tried disabling vsync or full screen and doesn't help. So what is the issue here please?
