i have 2 pcs
first pc specs
Intel dual core 3.2, 2x 7800 nvida gfx cards (sli) and 1gb ram (pc3200), windows xp 32 bit
second pc specs
3.2ghz single core amd 64, radeon 9800 pro gfx 128mb, 2gb ram (pc3200), windows 7 64 bit
the first pc will run new super mario at 30fps
the second one will run new super mario at 5-7fps
this is a problem because i want to run it on the slower pc coz its the one i always have access to.
is there any feasible way to get the slower one up to a playable frame rate?
running in 64 bit mode does not seam to make any difference
other point to note
i cant run the faster pc in 64bit mode coz it has a 32bit os
i can move 1gb of ram from the slower machine to the faster one
