Frame Dumps Choppy

I was frame dumping something in Mario Kart Wii (using dolphin 5.0) and when I watched the video, it was choppy and frame skipping in a lot of places. This started happening recently and don't know what to do.

Dolphin 5.0 is hella ancient, it's literally six years old now! Try it with the latest "beta" build (think of them as stable) and see if it is still an issue there.
