Frame dump video stuck at 2500kbps

I'm trying to dump frames but it doesn't seem to matter what game or settings I try, the bitrate stays at 2500kbps. I remember when I tried dumping frames some years ago a menu came up letting me customize the compression etc. but now when I try to dump frames it just does it automatically. Any help? Thanks.

The only way to change the bitrate for now is by editing an INI file manually, unfortunately. If you open GFX.ini, there'll be a setting called BitrateKbps.

If you're using Windows, it's at Documents/Dolphin Emulator/Config/GFX.ini by default.
