I have a Intel Core i5 M460 @2.53 GHz CPU, and an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6370 GPU, after a while of playing NSMB, at the end of the level the fps starts dropping to 0 every 3 seconds, even though it's been running at 60 fps the whole time before and in between freezes, I've tried a lot of different settings and nothing seems to fix it.

3.5 367, the newest one. I tried with 3.5 too.

3.5-367 is ancient. The official site's over here, it has much newer dev builds: http://dolphin-emu.org/download/

Sounds to me like your laptop's just overheating. There's little you can do about that aside from doing stuff like Starscream and admin89 have done to their laptops (e.g. opening it up, reapplying thermal paste, putting in more powerful fans). Cooling pads don't really help, don't buy one.

Nothing noticable, I do appreciate the updating though. I haven't tried overclocking yet, I am on a laptop, but maybe I'll get a cooling pad or something.

I tried x64 and x86, is there any difference between the two if they both work btw?

I said "overheating", not "overclocking" – you definitely *shouldn't* overclock if your laptop's already overheating at stock clocks. And I told you cooling pads are useless. v_v

x64 (64-bit) builds are faster, as the 64-bit JIT has numerous features that the x86 (32-bit) JIT doesn't have.
