FPS drop

I just installed the latest version of Dolphin. It was working fine with Wii games at 60fps. After I tried a couple games I started experiencing a drop in speed when I select the game window. If I click outside the window the fps goes back to normal. I can't seem to find a solution anywhere as to what I'm supposed to do. I restarted my PC and it worked fine for the first game and then started doing the same. I'm using OpenGL and I kept the recommended settings. Changing the internal resolution doesn't affect this problem. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
