Am I the only one who hates the fps counter? I mean It shows your fps which is usefull but I think it would be much more useful to have a CPU/GPU % reader in the top left of my screen, that way I know whether or not my CPU or GPU is causing the problem. The FPS reader simply doesn't give enough info and I don't want to have to minimize dolphin and open up task manager to find out what my problem is :S

As of r3545, the rendering behaviour was changed, and the fps counter broke.
They remade it so it would work, even if not as good as before.

I'm not talking about the FPS counters accuracy, I am saying that showing the GPU and CPU emulation % would be much more effective. Often times i find myself going out of fullscreen to check, and that lowers my framerate and all that so it would just be easier to have that in game in place of the fps counter

gpu is not really important.

Most of graphics are processed within the CPU (like interpolations, transformations, polygons, etc)

the GPU most likely takes the inputs of the processed graphic and renders them8applies paralax/bump mappings, shaders, lightings, shadows, etc). It also takes care of the framebuffer and things like thaty, but it's not high processing. If you buy a new CPU card, most likely, the games will run slower since the new GPUcard is more CPU demanding than the old one and will just render a bit faster, but rendering is not the issue with dolphin.

Though it would be nice so you would know whats wrong, like a week back I figured I could run Windwaker fullspeed if I set it to Native. (Which I'm sure is a GPU problem?)
