So on Resident Evil 2 it's capped at 30 fps all the time, V-SYNC is off, is there a way to uncap it with Dolphin or something? Thanks.

EDIT-------- Problem solved, was using stable build and switched to latest Dev build and problems fixed.

No, the game was designed to run on the console at that fps. Making it go higher will result it it running at 4x speed

The reason I need to is because if I lose 5 fps the game starts stuttering with the audio and it runs slow until fps goes up by 5 and is 30 again, i was thinking if i raised the fps by atleast 5 I could correct the problem

Are you usng the latest dev builds? They're faster and more accurate than the stable 4.0.X builds
