Stumbled upon this problem while playing Pokemon XD. Occurs anytime and causes
the game to freeze, but the music keeps playing in a loop. Any ideas how I can fix this?
Could it be my PC or the ISO itself? Give me quick solutions on how to fix this.

Sounds like a bad dump. Have you verified your game dump? You can generate the MD5 hash in Dolphin (right-click the game, go to Properties, go to the Info tab and hit Compute), and then using that hash, check it against known good dumps (found below):

NTSC-U -> 3bc1671806cf763a8712a5d398f62ad3
NTSC-J -> e92856cb965f8411e29ccfc818bd6d5b
PAL -> f36d14bebf8fea6a046404bff6adb7e6

If your hash doesn't match, try redumping the game from the original disc.

ALSO, if you're using cheats for this game, try disabling them. Cheats can be finicky at times.

Go into single core; this game is dual-core sensitive on slower PCs Or right click the game go into game properties, and set deterministic dualcore to fake-completion.
