Four Swords +: Navi's Trackers - English Translation Patch

Just got my Japanese copy of Four Swords+ today to play Navi's Trackers.

Has there ever been an English Translation patch made for this game? Scouring the internet, it seems like there is evidence is some ancient threads of people working on one, even a video of someone translating the menus. The translations are online too.

Does anyone know if a patch exists or if anyone is working on it? With the mGBA connectivity support seems like it's been in the popular attention.

I would like to see this patch surface too, Navi's Trackers has always been something I've been very interested in for a while.
