All you're doing is exploiting a years old bug where opening the graphics UI overrides our gameINI. btw when you do that for wind waker you break the picto box and possibly some fire effects. I can already see some weird frames in your recording.

This is fixed in the latest development builds anyways.

Stop doing that, you're just going to cause emulation issues for your games.

Anyways the game is slow for you because your GPU is far too slow. You have a very old Intel GPU that probably struggles with 1x internal resolution.

I just played through the whole game just a few weeks ago, with efb to texture only checked most of the time. I only unchecked it when taking pictures, and well, you notice that something is wrong, when you take black pictures. Using a hotkey toggle for this was very useful, since i didn't need to go to the menu to quickly change it and change it back. Also, it only needs to be unchecked when taking the picture, not when showing it to somebody.

The other setting that you are overriding here is efb cpu access. That's an actual issue, because i think the game crashes when you try to take a picture with that being disabled/skipped. And it's required for the lens flare effects, so it certainly affects the visuals, where i didn't notice anything with efb to texture only checked. Also, efb cpu access only affects the performance when it's actually doing something, while using efb to ram(efb to texture only disabled) constantly lowers the fps.

If you are lucky, the game will run a bit better with the latest development builds and/or the vulkan graphics backend. But if you are getting just around 30 fps on the 1st island, you are going to get big problems later on. I'd say you need to get at least 40 fps in every single place there, in oder to only get some fps drops later in more complex scenes.
