Here's how it happened:

Booted System Menu 4.3U wad

Formatted Wii memory in software

Errors

Deleted virtual System Memory inside Dolphin folder

"Unknown entry type 0 in SYSCONF (@499)!" error when booting prog

Clicked ok

Dolphin ctrlpanel came up

A bajillion "Trying to read from invalid SYSCONF" errors

Game list appears

I try to boot the game

Same bajillion trying to read invalid sysconf errors

Program crashes

Reinstalled a bazillion times

Same errors

Possibly the config files are the problem?
Any way how to delete the config file?

Try deleting the whole "Dolphin Emulator" folder (if you have memory card file saves, take them out first!). Then run Dolphin again, all the original files (along with their respective folders) should be recovered. Post the results once you do that.
