Shocked
My monitor has a resolution of 1680x1050 (16:10) and Dolphin (4.0.2) has only option to force the 4: 3 and 16: 9. Sorry for my bad English...  Confused  Thanks!

That's what stretch to window is for.

...When combined with the widescreen hack of course, so it doesn't stretch but instead fills out the frame.

In Dolphin 4.0.2, there is a crop option which crops the screen to 16:10. However that was removed from latest builds and replaced with something else that crops out the black bars created by accurate aspect ratios. You can just use stretch to window and the widescreen hack to do the same thing in new builds, though!

Doesn't the new version of the crop option just crop to the window's aspect ratio, meaning it would crop to 16:10 if that's what you're using?

No, it specifically crops to 4:3 or 16:9. It would be weird to turn on crop on a 4:3 game and it zoom in super far to fill out your 16:9 display!

You're right, that would be rather silly.

Your English is perfect except "has only option ". I have the option as I'm using a modification called "Ishiiruka-Dolphin".
