You'll need your computer to be able to recognize Bluetooth devices. On Windows, you'll need to install either the MS Bluetooth stack or the Toshiba one, but not both. Try one, if that doesn't work, uninstall it and try the other. If neither seem to work, feel free to post your problems here and we'll try to help you as best as we can.

No... Dolphin supports real Wiimotes and emulated Wiimotes. Just set them up and you're good to go.
GlovePIE will allow you to use your Wiimote as a mouse though. 08-07-2012, 12:53 AM
