For the Skylanders Portal, do I use WinUSB or libusbK? (Or something else?)

I've got the portal to stop flashing but its still not being recognized! I've tried practically everything with Zadig and none of the options work! My version number is 5.0-11274 and I'm using the master branch. I will ask this again, what am I doing wrong??

Both will work. Did you make sure to add the device to the whitelist in Dolphin? I think it's in Options/Configuration/Wii.
