folder problems

hello everyone, i ran into a little problem i recently been swapping laptops and i finally got one i'll be sticking with for a while, i don't know if that's the problem but, when i moved the dolphin folder to this new laptop, the emulator wont find the plugins anymore and all of them are in the plug in folder in the root folder, and theres no box in the emu config window to find the plugin directory, any help?
