Fog problems

I decided to install the windows 7 enterprise 90 day evaluation on bootcamp to see if dolphin would run better and the results blew me away I am now getting full speed almost all the time, the fog is better, and many other graphical glitches are fixed. Also yes my graphics drivers are up to date.
