Fixing Dolphin's wiimote support

So i went the ultra cheap way into using the dolphin emu and bought one of the dx controllers, this one to be precise http://dx.com/p/goigome-nunchuck-remote-controller-w-motion-plus-silicone-case-for-wii-white-black-2-x-aa-140400 , I also bought the other necessary things, the usb dongle and sensor bar.

The thing is that i try to pair the controller but neither MS BT stack, nor Toshiba BT stack nor wiipair detect it, and ive tried every single method, using the sync button alone, the sync button and 1+2, using 1+2 alone and nothing, led lights flash but the computer wont detect the controller.

I also made sure the dongle was working by testing it with my phone, but i cant test the controller in any other way since i dont own a wii.

Why is this happening?
