Wuaaaaaa, gosh, I've got it. Sorry for asking so quickly, at that time I just didn't know what else I could do.
You can delete this thread or leave it for whoever else might be so stupid as to rename their wiimotes (though I seem to remember this wasn't any issue in Win7...?) ^^
So, yeah, the solution was to pair them up in Windows and when asked for a code, just not type in anything, just press continue.
Also, two wiimotes having the same LED lit is obviously no problem because at the start of a game, one of them switches to wiimote 2. -_-
EDIT: Weeeell, there still is a problem: Now everytime I restart Windows I need to use that Bluetooth place under Windows Start to pair the wiimotes. Dolphin alone won't do -_-
But I guess that's just an annoyance, I can live with that (if however you know a place where to delete the remains of the wiimote installations so that everything would be back to normal, that would be great
