GUYZ I FOUND IT!!! the issue is a software issue as others have said and it apparently is the missing runtime files in windows 7 x64 ,.. to solve the problem download and install this:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=bd512d9e-43c8-4655-81bf-9350143d5867

It worked for me and a few people I know,.. Hope this ends this issue forever Tongue

I was suffering your pain but there is a SP1 of the pack needed and then it worked

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64)

answer: http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=22084&pid=202797#pid202797

tl;dr - 0xC000007B is caused by mismatching dll/exe's, don't download random dll files

To think all the problems that could be avoided if MS would put these on Windows Update or at least include them with Windows and service packs. Its a pain to track down down (the RTM releases show up before the SP releases when searching on MS's site) and install 6 soon to be 8 redists on a new Windows install. If only the link against msvcrt.dll using WinDDK method was easier.
