Sorry to necrobump, just wanted to add a tiny bit of info:

The drivers were definitely the culprit, though it might be worth noting that the Etron USB 3.0 drivers on ASRock's website will still cause the BSoD with Dolphin, while the drivers from the link in the OP direct from Etron make everything lovely again. I went re-installing drivers for everything I could think of, unplugging every non-essential device, removing ghost hardware, and so on... only to find that I just needed to get the drivers from a different website. So, thank you!
