[Fixed]Black Screen on Direct3d9 plugin

[Hazger]

I am trying to run the direct3d9 plugin but when the game starts i only get a black screen.
The sound is working fine i can click and hear the game but the screen is black

If i use opengl plugin i can play normal....

FIXED!!!!

-The DirectX March 2009 Runtime: This fixes the plugin loading errors
Note: THIS MEANS UPDATE YOUR DIRECTX EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE VERSION 9.0c or 10 or 10.1!!!!!!
