ok i've tried just about everything. updated my directx and vc++, my c++, java, hell even did a fresh reinstall and i still get this error. my overclock is 100% stable, in the past year or two that i've been running this PC, i haven't had a single crash or bluescreen no matter how much stress (and i've had it under some serious stress)

anyway, i'm running:
phenom II X4 940 @ 3.625GHz
Gigabyte GA785GM-US2H motherboard
2x2GB Mushkin Redline PC-8000 DDR2
nVidia GTX 465 with the latest drivers
windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
everything updated to the latest software.

help would be GREATLY appreciated. thank you guys.

If that didn't work, and/or for future reference, you could also try doing the following, which should help hopefully:

(05-15-2011, 02:28 AM)Rakanishu Wrote: Finally I got the problem, the guilty was xinput1_3.dll, Dolphin x64 insist in loading the x86 version of it, while the old Dolphin rc 2.0 x64 works perfect because it didn't include it as a declared dependency. What I did was putting the x64 version of xinput1_3.dll in the Dolphin x64 folder.

Thank everybody for the help, and you should put this tip in the starting guide or eliminating xinput1_3.dll from the declared dependencies of Dolphin x64; to avoid problems with some users or configurations.

My computer specs:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x86
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 @2.66Ghz - 2GB of DDR2 RAM (400Mhz)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 512

Learn to search the forums. Many people have had this problem and it has been resolved many times, even for myself.

http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=14780&page=2&highlight=0xc000007b

The issue is a software issue, apparently it is the missing runtime files in windows 7 x64. To solve the problem download and install this:

http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=14632

It worked for me and everyone else with the problem.

if you are unable to fix the problem using the methods stated, searched the forum for more info, and still cannot solve it, then take this as a sign to do something more productive with your time

ok guys, i figured out what the problem was. apparently i didn't update to service pack 1, so if anybody can't figure it out, check if you've upgraded to SP1 yet.
