Pls read the complete post, before telling me "google/reading is your friend, look at the starting guide", but the same person who is answering didn't take care to read the complete post, just like happened last time.
The problem is even having MS Visual C++ Runtime 2010 SP1 x64, Ms .NET Framework 4 and the last DirectX (yeah the web-installer says I have the last), always the x64 Dolphin version gives me the 0x000007b error.
The old Dolphin x64 (RC) Version 2.0 works with no problem, also all my other x64 programs, even other MS Visual C++ Runtime 2010 SP1 x64 based programs works perfect, the new versions of Dolphin x64 are the only that doesn't work in this system.
I was investigating why this could happen, it looks like this error happens when the project manifest isn't set correctly, so the program looks for the wrong dlls; I don't know about programing, and I didn't see the dolphin x64 code, so it's a blind shot. Also remember the programmers could have the dlls in exotic or fixed paths.
Thanks for you time.
P.D. Sorry for making a new thread about this, but I know people are lazy for reading, most of people only half-read the first post, and the other over read the rest, also most of the people thinks others are noobs, so without even reading carefully the case, they send you to the starting guides or other threads that doesn't have to be with the problem but has similar Subject, the last time was exactly this case (and they say reading is your friend...).
P.D.2. Sorry for being aggressive, but I have been in internet around almost 15 years, and the point above is almost perpetual.
P.D.3. My hardware is fine...
Quick work around: Put the x64 version of xinput1_3.dll in the Dolphin x64 folder.
