Fire Emblem PR Hangs on random places

Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance (PAL)
smooth graphics and speed(nice dolphin team!!)
though glitchy sound(doesnt concern me)

the game runs smoothly till the later chapter(Chapter 17 - Day Breaks) im stuck! T_T

problem:
it hangs when attacking an enemy, viewing character stats...etc

here's the pc spec T_T:
p4 3.0Ghz(2cpu)
1g RAM
512 ATI Radeon X1650
winxp sp2
using this version Dolphin SVN build 2745

i have an ingame save till chapter 8, then the rest of the chapter is all savestate cause when i added AR codes it didnt save anymore.>_<

Question!!
1. anyone finished the game using Dolphin? what version?
2. does dolphin concern itself with savestate or ingame saves?(like other emulator epsxe, PCSx2....use ingame saves from time to time)(if it does then ill just load it via ingame...)
3. got any hacks or patch for this?
