fire emblem path of radiance map bug

hi im having a graphical problem with the map as you can see on pic and i wonder if anyone knows how to fix it i tried all the plugins bar software?

heres my settings:-
[Hardware]
VSync = True
Adapter = 0
[Settings]
AspectRatio = 1
Crop = False

UseRealXFB = False

I have the exact same issue in my configuration as well.

I'm using r6604, if that helps.

From what i see in the screenshot looks like you have to select "EFB copy to RAM" instead of Texture in graphic plugin settings.
Both of you have "EFB copy to Texture" selected.
