I have been playing Fire Emblem radiant dawn perfectly until recently. For some reason, I cannot save the game or load any of my saves, but I can use savestates fine. It started after I loaded a savestate a few times in one mission. After that, the game said I had no savedata, but the FE10.dat file was still there. I cannot load any data from the file, but I can save seemingly normally after loading a savestate at the base, but it still says I have no save data. I also noticed that the game once saved to another game's save folder, but I haven't been able to replicate it.

These are my Specs:
Intel Core i7 2nd generation 2 Ghz
8 Gigs RAM

Well... did you try other Dolphin revisions? (e.g. the newest one or the official 3.0 release)

btw: Why did you uncheck "Enable Idle Skipping"? this provides a speed up Wink

Idle skipping gave more lagg to some of the audio. And i found what happened. something must have gotten scrambled when I saved/loaded the states so much. Instead of loading from 000100000 it now tries to load from 0001000001, which is where another game had its saves (But i transferred those to my wii again, so it doesnt matter that its corrupt now). BUT, because saving broke in the middle of a battle, the states still try to save to the original location, being an exact save of what the emulator was doing and stuff. SO, to get it working again, I loaded the save state, saved the game, then moved the FE10.dat from the original, correct save location to the new, screwed up location, and it works.

I will probably mess with it and possibly delete the config files to see if I can get it back to normal, but it's working at the moment (if you ignore the wrong save locations and stuff)

I solved this by changing A slot to "Dummy"
