So I just got chocobo's dungeon into the emulator and everything works fine until I start the game, then it's just a black screen-the audio works perfectly but nothing shows up. What could be causing this?

EDIT: I manages to get pastthe original cutscene and it plays alright but the menu's or text boxes don't show up, they just make the showing up sound but nothing is there, help please

Probably a bad dump. I'm sure you've been around here enough to know what you need to do about that, right? (And if you don't, you should at least know where to find out.)

If your dump happened to be alright here's what you can try:
- Enable XFB (External Frame Buffer) for "black" cutscenes
- Set EFB Copies to RAM or/and accurate Texture Cache for missing texts/graphics
