1-Are you talking about the GC version of the game or the GBA version?

2-That emulator (the full name is Visual-Boy Advance) doesn´t need a GBA BIOS image at all to boot a game.

3-(In case it is the GC game) For multiplayer-mode games you just have to use the emulator´s NetPlay function.

4-Before you start to reply and test your problem again, I suggest to take a look at the game´s wiki page.

Its the Gamecube version... but to play multiplayer one have to use a gameboy to play.. and I looked It up, It seems like you need the bios for GBA to be able to make It connect with the dolphin emulator

Well, to get that thing you have two solutions:

1-Downloading it. Both you and me will be (you by doing it, me by telling you to do that) probably banned because of getting copyrighted material of the Internet; but sometimes people have to take some risks...

2-Dumping the file. More accepted among users but it´s almost impossible since almost nobody has a GBA in these days.

Apart from that: Do you mind to put your PC specs here? Multiplayer mode needs a lot of processing power...

Well, at least it's not a surprise for you then.

Here, it's the only accepted way. The very oldest GBA systems available just turned 12 years old earlier this year. Simply because they're "old" to you (profile claims you're 15) doesn't mean it's some sort of ancient, unobtainable hardware. What's more, it's possible to dump the GBA BIOS using a DS (ones with a GBA cartridge port that is) so you have at least 2 generations worth of hardware to choose from.

@OP - For the GBA <-> GCN connection to work (between VBAM and Dolphin respectively), you do in fact need the GBA BIOS. There are plenty of legal methods to get them (google around and you'll see). As I said before, you'll have the option of using various GBA and DS models to do the dumping on. If you've never owned either one of those systems, I'd advise you buy one of them (or both), and not just for the BIOS (hint: the many great games on these handhelds).
