For your sound issue: use LLE

Were you not using LLE on Thread when using LLE? LLE on Thread can give quite a speedup on any CPU with more than two cores when using LLE, though it'll inevitably still be a bit slower than HLE.

I tried using lle on thread but it didn't make a diffrence, the perfomace is a lot slower on thread with lle even on my 4.3ghz phenom II.
Twilght Princess is the slowest with lle, i dontunderstane why my cpu sucks for lle even at 4.3 ghz, I wish Dolphin emulator was complied for AMD Cpus then my performance would be lot faster on Dsp lle,

Yo, try downloading the latest Dolphin revision (3.5-1168 as of this writing) from the following link: http://dolphin-emu.org/download/

delroth recently merged in changes that greatly affect HLE audio for a number of games. HLE audio should do quite well for this game in recent revisions now.
