Filters for Virtual Console Games?

There any filters around for Virtual console games such as SNES titles like sal filters and the like to smooth them out such as other emulators do?

And no, I didn't download unsigned wads form some shady site, I copied my system menu. Be nice though to have some nice filtering.

Dolphin provides support for filters, refer Graphics\Enhancements\Post Processing Effects, but I don't think any resolution enhancing filters are currently available. They would likely need to differ from standard implementations since I think Dolphins filtering may be 1 to 1 with the baseline resolution, but I'm not clear about that. In any case an appropriate filter shader would need to be developed.
