File too big to load into partition

I really want to play Zero 4(aka fatal frame 4),but i have encountered an issue where there is no one is giving any guide.So,i try to ask it here.Do help me please,i wanted to translated
fatal frame 4 into english language.I'm sure that i obtained enough of space in my hard disk.And i done correctly according to the translation guide.Only one more step to go to complete my goal!pls help..F.Y.I im using windows 7

For sanity reasons your HDD is NTFS right? ( I HIGHLY doubt that is the problem)

And to ask another obvious question, there is enough space on whatever drive you are trying to extract to for the file?

He's not trying to extract the file, he's trying to put it IN an iso. v_v;
