What files do dolphin support for Wii games is it
Iso zip? (Nexus 9 device)

Dolphin supports ISO, GCZ, CISO and WBFS for Wii discs. Formats like ZIP are not supported.

And ZIP will never be supported. Accessing parts within a ZIP is not possible, so we would have to uncompress the image in RAM to even start the game...

If your purpose is small file size use wbfs/gcz formats.
You can convert your games to gcz format with Dolphin directly. The file size will be almost similar to wbfs format. It will reduce file size for a lot of games (not all though    )
