So I am lost on what to diagnosis now and wonder if someone already knows how to fix this. If I try opening a game located on my NAS that is mapped, or unc, to my comp I get a "Error 'path' file does not exist' and then failed to init error. This is if the file is either rvz or iso format.

NOTE: I can add the path into dolphin and it can scan, verify checksums, convert rvz to iso, etc.. to all the files on the cifs share BUT it cant load the files.
NOTE 2: I went back to 4.x where it would load the iso format without the error from the NAS. I have downloaded multi verisons of 5.x trying to figure out the issue.

New INFO: So after hours of trial and error I found the last useable build to be 4.0-7528. This build loads the files from the NAS without error. The next build 4.0-7538 is where the file not found error start arising with the following in the log:
35:56:101 FileUtil.cpp:101 W[COMMON]: IsDirectory: stat failed on Z:\/4x4.rvz: The program issued a command but the command length is incorrect.

35:56:108 FileUtil.cpp:376 W[COMMON]: GetSize: failed Z:\/4x4.rvz: No such file

On the latest build the same "file not found error" is thrown but the log is looking at boot.cpp line 201:
42:50:924 Core\Boot\Boot.cpp:201 E[MASTER]: Warning: The specified file "Z:/4x4.rvz" does not exist

Platform:
Windows 10 Pro
AMD
Nividia 3xxx

Dolphin: Latest version

CIFS share from NAS where games are in .rvz
