First update to the very latest version of Dolphin = 4.0-5110. Then try enabling the XFB. To change the setting, uncheck the Disable box that is found under Options > Graphics Settings > Hacks > External Frame Buffer. Now pick Virtual.

This will enable a simple check that can fix "FIFO is overflown" errors.
