" FIFO is overflowed by GatherPipe ! CPU thread is too fast! "

Hi all,

I've been having trouble with Animal Crossing with this error. It will randomly pop up, freeze the game, and crash it. I've tried running it in single core, and it still manages to freeze. I'm at a loss here, as I've been trying to research for a solution.

Please let me know if I should upload any logs. I'm determined to figure out what is causing this annoying issue.

Thank you Heart

I've never heard of Animal Crossing having Fifo overflow issues. Is there any particular settings you're using that are non-standard? Are you sure the ISO is good? Have you tried the game on another computer or disabling any special cheatcodes/texture packs?

That's why I'm baffled. It's a relatively light game. I haven't messed with anything in the settings other than trying the core thing. Double Dash runs fine.

The ISO was reputable. Perhaps I should try a new one?

I've tried redownloading dolphin and updating.

Try dumping your own discs next time. Can't get much more reputable than that.
