same problem for me, and i have the PAL version...

anyway how did u manage to get both NTSC & PAL version?

My Specs:
Intel i5 3570k @ 4.5 GHz
ATI Radeon HD 7750 1 GB DDR5
8 GB of RAM
Windows 8 Pro 64 bit
