We are aware of this issues, but it seems like nobody is motivated to continue on this task. Sonicadvance's activity did drop some months ago, and I did only spend my summer holiday on it.
If anyone of you wants to work on it, feel free to ping me on #dolphin-emu @freenode. There are still plenty of open tasks, some performance improvements, but mostly accuracy based...

Speaking of performance improvements, lately there have been some issues with Dual Core, most notably in Mario Kart Wii's single player menu (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kiIxKB9sZSE). If I turn it off, however, it runs just as fast as the previous build (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vtzP_L5QRw8). Also, if I turn on "fake-completion", it runs faster than it is if I have GPUDeterminismMode off (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vVVM7xbenM0). If you have the time, could you try to fix this issue?

NOTE: The video comparing two builds of Dolphin Emulator without Dual Core and the video comparing two builds with GPUDeterminismMode use overclock while the video comparing two builds with Dual Core uses no overclock.
