I apologize if Dolphin can already do this or there was a thread already created for this - I looked for quite a while and found nothing.
Anyways, it would really be nice if I didn't have to be selected on the dolphin window to play it. (In other words, I can click on some internet stuffs, then pick up my controller and continue playing Gamecube without clicking back over to dolphin.)
To give you a more practical example, my friend and I use a pretty good computer together. We have two monitors set up on it and can play other emulators simultaneously with Starcraft 2 or something, but with dolphin it is not possible because of this missing feature.
Thanks in advance!

There's a "Background Input" option in the GCPad and Wiimote (not on 2.0 AFAIK, seeing as it only has the old Wiimote "plugin" and not the new one) configuration windows.
My computer specs:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x86
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 @2.66Ghz - 2GB of DDR2 RAM (400Mhz)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 512
