Hi! I've recently noticed the .EMU line of Android emulators has two features I could really see Dolphin benefitting from.
First, taking exclusive ownership of an external display and adjusting to its resolution, instead of using the phone's resolution and relying on screen mirroring (which results in letterboxing with most current phones).
Second, there's a manual core affinity selection menu that could maybe help with the agressive energy-saving measures present in some flavors of Android (Color/Oxygen OS 12+, for example).
I've been playing a bit of Mega Drive on MD.EMU recently, and I noticed these features, so I'm just putting this out here. I apologize if this has been previously deemed infeasible or useless.
