I have a 2-in-1 laptop from Dell. It can run games just fine and using the keyboard is nice, but I know that Android has touch input (because it needs touch input lol) but the desktop versions of Dolphin lack this feature. I would love to flip my laptop around and not have to use the keyboard and still play my games.
Since the Android version has this, I don't believe too much work would be required to implement it into the desktop version. If it's impossible to create a new input device in dinput without elevated privileges or transfer HID touch screen input to dinput, I think you could set a tickbox to enable touch controls where all other controls are disabled and there are touch screen buttons (which would work with the mouse as well I assume) and just as customisable as the Android version.
Please let me know if this is feasible, I would like some form of answer even if it isn't very helpful, as long as I know that someone has read this.
