Would it be possible to implement the ability to use saves from a Nintendont Save Folder? I tend to move between real hardware and emulation, so having this feature would be very nice.

All it is, is a folder filled with a bunch of .RAW memory card files named after the game's ID, so for example, Star Fox Assault would use GF7E.raw.

Would it be possible to expand the resource pack to allow for cheat codes. A couple of ways this would be good:
- Cheat presets, eg: A single zip for mario sunshine that auto installs the 60FPS code (even the correct one per region), widescreen, invert axis for aim, and maybe something more. This would get closer to a 1-click install
- Easier sharing, since editing textcodes in dolphin gui is no the best. I would guess that adding the cheatcodes manually makes some people not do it, or even just finding them (no that this would solve that).
- Disabling effects as per texture modders liking (or the modders with the WIP shaders https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/11300). Making an AIO install.

For Android specifically: Would it be possible to include an option for choosing my own folder for Saves and StateSaves? 
I've been doing some data sync between windows and android and it works well enough. The apps I tried for cloud sync (mainly Syncthing) can't access "android/data" folder and I'm manually pasting the save files every time I need to. I understand save states are experimental at the moment and I'm fully aware of all the risks of course, but normal save files are very consistent in my experience. I just want to exchange this files more easily. Thank you!

Because of the restrictions Google are placing on Android apps nowadays, if you want to be able to freely choose where Dolphin stores its data on Android, you'll have to go through this: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?t...ry#Android
